Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services, staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results using CRM software and other tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of IT solutions and services, including software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and reporting.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
