Account Registration

Payments

All payments for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the relevant service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oempir, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oempir, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
